Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the lead time on the product page. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days or weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or social media.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment method estimated delivery time

Shipping carrier are USPS and DHL, delivery time is calculated by the carrier in an automatic manner; be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes does not ship to P.O. boxes.


Shipment to APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, duties and taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages or lost packages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We fully insure all shipments in the USA with Insured Mail Restricted Delivery; ID may be requested for the addressee. In case of a lost or damaged package, will file a claim on behalf of your package and if the insurance company approves your claim will refund to you the amount awarded by the insurance company.


  • If your package arrived damaged do not receive it and file a claim with the shipment carrier.

  • If you  received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


For international customer, the insurance coverage will be based under the designated shipping company policy.


For customers using  international forwarding services, once the United State Postal Service delivers to your chosen forwarding service facility, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.



  • By purchasing any of our products and paying for our invoice the buyer, rider, user, operator, owner, heirs, executor, assigned or personal representative, hereinafter collectively referred to as “CUSTOMER”.

  • The Customer is responsible for informing themselves and obey all local and state laws for riding an electric skateboard in their area. Also to understand the basics of safety and proper maintenance requirements of the electric skateboard.

  • That skateboarding is an action sport with inherent risks, the CUSTOMER may encounter situations where he/she can be exposed to the risk of injury, paralysis, permanent injuty, deformation and/or death.

  • The CUSTOMER and only the CUSTOMER is responsible, accountable for the physical integrity, maintenance and safety ASSESSMENT of the lithium ion battery in the electric skateboard.



By purchasing our products and paying for the invoice the CUSTOMER hereby agrees to waive all rights, release and forever discharge Kaly’s, their affiliates, associates, managers, members, agents, owner, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and/or any other associate entity (hereinafter collectively referred to as “RELEASEES”), from all liabilities against any claims, causes of action of any nature whatsoever related to the owning, possessing, using, or operating an electric skateboard or any product bought on this website, brought by the CUSTOMER, third parties or anyone on behalf of the CUSTOMER or third parties.


The CUSTOMER FURTHER AGREES to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RELEASEES against any and all claims, lawsuits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the CUSTOMER, third parties or anyone on behalf of the CUSTOMER, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.


This waiver and release of liability has to be interpreted as largest possible waiver against the CUSTOMER, if the CUSTOMER don’t agree to this terms please DO NOT BUY.


  • You can cancel the order only and only if you contact us via email to within 2 business days (-5 GMT) of placing your order with us for a refund of your payment minus cancellation fee from payment processing company.

  • If the order has been placed for more than 48 hours unfortunately we can not cancel the order and a refund will not be authorized.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including but not limited to:

  • custom order on boards or components

  • any electronic component including BMS

  • motor controllers ESC

  • Mosfet switches and battery packs.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first and receive a Return authorization number. Contact us via



Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We then will proceed to inspect and evaluate the returned item and base on the findings and at our sole discretion will approve or reject your refund.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

  • If your return is rejected you are responsible for the cost of your item return shipping, this must be done within 30 days; after 30 days the item will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded at our sole discretion, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was sent to you with free shipping and your refund was approved, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.



If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with signature delivery and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost or missing item.
